*I was given a free, advanced copy of this book for reviewing purposes.*
Tangled in Tinsel is the newest book from USA Today bestselling author Trilina Pucci. It features a forced proximity, where one woman is stuck in a luxury cabin with 4 men during a snowstorm.
This review is spoiler-free.
Initial Thoughts
I began reading this book with zero expectations. I actually had forgotten the 1 woman, 4 men aspect of the story completely. All I knew was that Christmas was involved and it was a romance. Imagine my surprise, shock, and giddiness when I realized the direction the story was heading.
I actually ended up having to stop reading after a few chapters, because I figured reading it right before I had to work wasn’t the best idea. So instead, I had it on my mind while I took phone calls and worked my shift. And that only heightened my expectations for the rest of the book.
As soon as the 4 men were introduced, I immediately zeroed in on Cole. I like all 4 of the men, but for whatever reason, Cole stuck out to me more than the others. Every time he and Samantha had a more private moment (spicy or not), I liked it just a little bit more than others.

Final Thoughts on Tangled in Tinsel
In her letter to readers, Trilina Pucci talks about creating an ‘every woman’ experience for the book. There is no description of the heroine. Only the 4 men are described in the entire book. It is way to easy to imagine yourself in the story. Depending on your perspective, that could be a good or bad thing. Or, perhaps a bit of both.
For someone who has not read any of her previous books, Tangled in Tinsel checked all the boxes for me. I’m already planning on reading the stories where our heroes originated. Don’t get me wrong, this book isn’t one with an in-depth plot. But, what it doesn’t have in plot, it makes up for in spicy details. If you’re looking for an easy read with a happily ever after, and a lot of spice, Tangled in Tinsel is the book for you!
