I've always thought that reading a book by @harloerae is like getting a warm hug, and Headed For Home is no different.

This story features Drake, a former pro baseball player, and Cassidy Brooks, his childhood crush and first girl he ever kissed. If you're like me and are a sucker for stories with 'it's always been you' vibes, this book is a must-read!

I’m willing to admit that I shouldn’t read spicy scenes in public.
But in my defense, the opportunity rarely rises elsewhere.

Drake Granger isn’t the boy I remember, but I could still pick him out of the roster while blindfolded.
This charming man doesn’t hesitate to tease me about what he spies on my screen.
He also doesn’t break stride before asking me out on a date.

But as previously mentioned, spare time isn’t a luxury I possess…

Drake claims that whatever I’m willing to give is plenty.
It doesn’t take long to prove that’s not the game he’s playing.
This pro is done striking out, and headed straight for home.
